WindowSight is an application, described by some as the “Spotify for images,” allowing you to display high quality art on your home TV while supporting the artists behind the pictures. By paying a small monthly subscription fee, you can display an unlimited amount of artwork through your television, and 50% of the fee goes directly to the artists creating the work you display. With each stream of their high resolution artwork, artists are paid.

Work by Gerd’s National Geographic colleagues, George Steinmetz, Babak Tafreshi and Christian Ziegler—among others—is also available to stream.
