Digital Vision in Low Light, Lecture at PDN PhotoPlus Expo

In his seminar, Digital Vision in Low Light, Gerd Ludwig discusses the many advantages of digital technology, including the ability to capture quality images at extremely high ISOs and the use of small handheld strobes in documentary photography. Several stories that appeared in National Geographic Magazine exemplify Gerd Ludwig’s use of “digital vision” to cover subjects that would otherwise have been hard or impossible to explore (Moscow Never Sleeps, Russian Orthodox Church, The Long Shadow of Chernobyl). Sponsored by Canon USA, the 2-hour seminar takes place at the Jacob Javits Convention Center on Saturday, October 27th from 4:00-6:00pm.
