"Peace on Earth" Published in Italian IO Donna Magazine

Italian women's magazine IO Donna publishes images from Gerd Ludwig's landscape series, "Peace on Earth or Earth to Pieces" in it's December 2011 issue. The series, first exhibited at the Horizonte Zingst photo festival in 2010, underlines the magical beauty and quiet dignity of nature, but includes images of destroyed landscapes, which appear irritatingly attractive, provoking introspection.
